楊全會(huì)，南京信息工程大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，美國數(shù)學(xué)評(píng)論評(píng)論員。從事組合數(shù)論方向的研究，已在J. Combin. Theory Ser A，SIAM J. Discrete Math.，European J. Combin.，Acta Arith.，J. Number Theory等組合數(shù)論方向國際權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表SCI論文近30篇。
